TragusAs far as I know the Tragus is a modern invention. placed in the center of the cartilage out growth on the front of the ear aka the tragus. A little more prone to problem do to location. Also more uncomfortable to do mainly because of how the tissue has to be moved to allow the needle to clear the other tissue of the ear.
